Learning can be fun. We can support you to educational classes and groups, or to your place of work.

Support to decrease isolation and loneliness
We can support you to: attend groups or activities of your choice, maintain relationships with family and friends, or access opportunities where you can develop further relationships. We are able to offer sitting services to allow families and carers to have short breaks from their caring roles and support you to attend appointments for health or personal reasons.
Support to develop independence skills in cooking, budgeting and travel.
We can support you with menu planning and preparing your shopping list. We can support to check your correspondence. We can support you to develop travel skills to access local areas or to travel further afield.
Cleaning, shopping and household tasks.
We can support you with your cleaning, washing, ironing and changing bedding. We can help you to arrange a handy person or to complete your weekly grocery shopping and other items you may need.
